Our latest Spanish property buyer chooses Orihuela´s Villamartin
Villamartin is a popular choice for overseas property buyers these days, and we can understand quite why. This select community has been maturing nicely since Villamartin Golf course was established in the locale in 1972.
Villamartin has experienced nearly five decades of consistent and seemingly perpetual development, and what was once a small inland enclave has metamorphasized into a bustling high quality Mediterranean resort-style community, possessing every local amenity that might be required by our ardent home buyers.
And that´s one of the reasons that enticed our latest Spanish property buyer to this particular location.
Anje snapped up a simply beautiful apartment right here in Villamartin: located on one of the most prestigious residential communities in the Orihuela Costa area, and replete with luxurious appointments such as a large swimming pool and views across the magnificent community gardens.
Of course, you don´t need to love golf to love Villamartin, and with Villamartin Plaza close at hand Anje will be spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out, with a wide variety of high quality eateries and brasserie style restaurants just a short walk away. Or perhaps Anje might like to enjoy an evening of The Plaza´s Summer Nights 2018 entertainment programme.
The renowned live music venue attracts some world class acts, and this year´s summer programme will culminate with a one-night-only performance from the legendary British singer-songwriter Leo Sayer, an unofficial stop on his global "Good Times" tour that starts this month in Toowoomba Australia, and closes in the Scottish East Lothian town of Musselburgh in October later this year.
We´re not sure whether Anje´s a big fan of the seventies superstar, but regardless of her musical tastes we have no doubts that she will find plenty to entertain her here on the
Costa Blanca.
