Internship Opportunity – Legal Office Assistant, La Zenia
INMO INVESTMENTS is currently looking to recruit a Legal Office Assistant (Internship position) to support our legal department during our expansion phase.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate with a background in administration, taxation, accounting, or law who is looking to gain practical experience in an international real estate environment.
Main responsibilities:-
- General administrative support to the legal department
- Organisation and management of legal and contractual documentation
- Assistance in preparing tax and administrative files
- Follow-up of procedures with public authorities
- Internal coordination with sales and administration departments
- Basic communication with national and international clients (email and phone)
Minimum requirements:-
- Ongoing or completed studies in Administration, Taxation, Accounting, Law, or related fields
- Basic administrative knowledge and strong organisational skills
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Close attention to detail and a structured working style
Additional qualifications (considered an advantage):-
- Knowledge of Spanish real estate taxation or property law
- Previous experience in a law firm, consultancy, or administrative office
- Knowledge of German and/or French would be considered
- Ability to work in an international environment
