His knowledge and experience of the industry is second to none with extensive studies in the Real Estate market including conveyancing and legalities as well as marketing knowledge. With a career and learning in Business Studies, she is the life partner of our esteemed MD and the backbone of the company. Working behind the scenes, Denisse assists in all aspects of Spanish property completions and after sales service and ensures a fastidious and comprehensive estate agents service for clients from start to finish.

SHELLEY STARKEY | Office Manager
Shelley has been with our estate agents company since 2011 and ensures the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. A BA Graduate, she worked formerly as a Business Development Manager for a multi-national company in Europe and lived and worked in a number of countries worldwide and is used to handling clients requests from all nationalities in multiple languages. Outgoing, friendly and at times demanding, Shelley ensures that the job gets done (to hers and the clients satisfaction!)

From beautiful Salamanca in Spain, Mónica has worked in the legal sector for over 10 years and is our expert in all administrative legal matters, including conveyancing in Spain, wills, translations, notary assistance, Spanish tax declarations and after sales care. She keeps up to date on current legal affairs and is the fount of all knowledge. A real problem solver, Mónica has the ability and know how to get things done. Having completed her studies in European Business in Ireland she is also a fluent English speaker.
