Property Management Specialist
Inmo Investments is one of Costa Blanca's leading real estate companies. We're looking for a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic Property Management Specialist to join our customer service team at our offices in La Zenia, Orihuela Costa.
You will be involved in the day-to-day administration of our extensive resale property portfolio, with a responsibility to fully manage new property take-ons, including photographic work and creation of the property listings on our website and digital channels.
Ideally, you will possess:-
- An approachable and professional manner.
- A proven track record and previous experience in the real estate industry.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Commercial writing skills.
- Experience in photography, digital cameras, and optics.
- Native English or Spanish language, additional languages will be an advantage but are not essential.
- Living in the area within easy reach of Torrevieja and the Orihuela Costa.
- Documentation proving your right to live and work in Spain.
- Transport and a Spanish driving licence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:-
- Complete the take-on process and documentation on location.
- Take photographs that showcase the property's finest aspects (equipment will be provided).
- Create compelling and attractive property listings, including comprehensive descriptions.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors and provide updates and information.
- Assist and liaise with the sales, administration, and marketing teams.
- Manage, maintain and update our portfolio of property listings.
- Acquire new resale properties.
