The history of Residencial Green Hills in Los Dolses
Originally marketed as "Green Hills La Zenia", the 5-star residential complex was built between 2017 and 2022. A relatively new addition to Orihuela Costa, the exclusive community comprises 264 homes in total.
The development was constructed by Urmosa, a local home builder based in Torrevieja. Established in 1987, the company has built more than 3,500 properties over the past four decades, and continues to build today, with ongoing projects in Polop and Hondón de las Nieves.
Green Hills was designed around modern buyer expectations from inception. Large terraces, underground parking, open-plan interiors, and extensive leisure facilities helped position the development as a contemporary alternative to traditional coastal apartments.
