The reservation contract was originally signed way back in July 2025, but due to some initial issues with the property, completion didn't happen as quickly as any of us had hoped.

The vendors, based in Germany, were incredibly supportive and understanding throughout, and Andrea and Samuel remained positive and trusting, even completing the purchase via Power of Attorney - which is a fantastic option when buyers cannot be present in person for every step of the process.
With steady communication and commitment from all sides, we finally completed the sale earlier this week, and it was a brilliant moment for everyone involved.
While Filiz was taking care of the owners, the final steps were supported by Mónica, who stepped in while Filiz was away for the festive season in Germany.
