Molly and Robert move from Mallorca to Punta Prima
OUR LATEST HOME buyers relocated from Mallorca to Orihuela Costa. With Hanna's assistance, Molly and Robert found a luxury apartment in popular Punta Prima.
Punta Prima boasts a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, commercial centres, café bars and restaurants, and two idyllic white sandy beaches.
The location is superb, offering easy access to some of the beaches in Costa Blanca, excellent public transport services, and direct access to the adjacent Mediterranean city of Torrevieja.
The Mediterranean climate provides 325 days of sunshine per year, with thankfully short, mild winters and long warm summers, making it ideal for both permanent residence and a second home. So it's no surprise that time after time, Punta Prima is a favoured destination for property buyers.
Molly and Robert's property is packed with useful living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious covered terrace with direct pool views - essential at this time of year.
It sports a great location too, just a few minutes walk to the beach and a great selection of local watering holes.
