Sandra and Kenneth sell their home in La Zenia
SANDRA AND KENNETH have lived in Orihuela Costa for some time now, having purchased their current home as a new build property years ago.
The couple decided that the time was right for them to sell their home, so they contacted us to list their property for sale on the Spanish property market.
They owned a beautiful detached villa in La Zenia, one of the most prestigious areas of the South Costa Blanca.
Just minutes from the beach, Sandra and Kenneth's home offers capacious accommodation for the largest of families, with 3 large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a sunroom, and a separate kitchen with a laundry area.
The garden combines artificial grass and Mediterranean vegetation, and boasts a private pool equipped with solar panel heating. A small mini-golf course is a unique selling point and perfect for outdoor family fun.

The Mediterranean climate provides 325 days of sunshine per year, with thankfully short, mild winters and long warm summers, making it ideal for both permanent residence and a second home.
With Marcel's assistance, Sandra and Kenneth found buyers for their home - another couple that we're sure will love this spectacular villa just as much as they have during their years in Spain.
The completion was a genuine team effort, and whilst our resident lawyer Alina was not the officially appointed legal representative on the day, she provided the invaluable assistance necessary to complete the transaction.
