Jörg and Caren find their dream home in Los Alcázares
JÖRG AND CAREN from Germany completed the purchase of their new property in Spain just yesterday.
With Marcel's assistance, and both Mónica and Filiz providing conveyancing support, they found a lovely ground-floor bungalow in Los Alcázares with two bedrooms, a family bathroom, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the year-round sunshine.
Located on the shores of the Mar Menor, Los Alcázares is a popular choice in the Costa Calida with no less than eight beautiful beaches and a rich cultural history that stretches back to the Roman era.
The location is well served by transport links to other areas in Murcia, and with so many beautiful neighbouring towns and villages to explore we're sure that Jörg and Caren will be super-happy with their new home.
