Olga and Frank hadn't really considered buying a property in Spain until they found this lovely 3-bed quad-villa in Los Balcones for only €125,000.
It was love at the first sight, so they decided to approach a Spanish bank to request a mortgage and managed to complete the purchase of their first dream home in the sun.
