Sometimes luck plays a role when buying a property: Sylvia and Richard from the UK fell in love with a charming home in Blue Lagoon some time ago, but needed to arrange their finances before proceeding. In the meantime, another buyer snapped up the property leaving the couple disappointed, but when the buyer decided to withdraw their offer Sylvia and Richard pressed ahead and completed the purchase.
