So it comes as no surprise that our latest customers chose our neighbouring coastal region as the ideal location for their new holiday home.
Dirk and Daniela from Germany fell in love with their new home after a virtual viewing with Marcel. They found a modern penthouse apartment in Lo Pagán, a charming coastal town nestled against the azure waters of the Mar Menor.
Marcel´s video viewing showcased the property comprehensively, highlighting the benefits of the plentiful outside space and the quality of the interior decor perfectly.
The couple weren´t familiar with the area but they were so impressed with the layout of the home, they decided to proceed with the purchase and leave the exploration of the locale as a pleasant surprise for the future.
