Our latest buyers purchase a villa in La Marina, Costa Blanca
THE FABULOUS WEATHER and plentiful sunshine were on hand to welcome our latest home buyers yesterday.
Jürgen and Gudrun from Germany found a beautiful detached villa in La Marina replete with a fully independent guest apartment and all the living space they could ever wish for - both inside and out.
La Marina is a closely-knit community with a family-friendly village feel, and the urbanisation offers a variety of local shops, a supermarket, and local bars.
The popular residential urbanisation is just 30 minutes south of Alicante´s main international airport, and 15 minutes away from the Mediterranean coastal city of Torrevieja.

The sandy white beaches of La Marina and Guardamar´s idyllic sand dunes and pine forest are just minutes away by car, and there´s plenty of high-quality restaurants and cosy bars to sample locally.
