So it´s understandable why our latest property buyers chose the location for their place in the sun, and with Jeremy´s assistance, the couple soon found the ideal holiday home.
Claudine and Ronny come from Belgium. They fell in love with a beautiful villa in a fantastic location just a short walk to the beach, and close to all the finest café-bars and restaurants Playa Flamenca has to offer.
The villa ticks all the boxes today´s discerning buyers are looking for: a sunny roof terrace, a patio garden, the ever-so essential swimming pool, and a covered terrace that´s just perfect for alfresco dining at any time of year.
Traditional wooden window shutters add a cute touch of Spanish authenticity to their property, and contrast with the contemporary facilities none of us could possibly bear to live without, like the gorgeous modern kitchen, and air conditioning.
And with Playa Flamenca´s picturesque Cala Mosca and Cala las Estacas beaches just minutes away, we´re sure Claudine and Ronny will be keen to explore the local Orihuela Costa area - especially in light of the beautiful weather we´re enjoying at the moment.
