Alexander Pichlmayr speaks with Renate and Thomas from Germany about their experience of buying a property in Spain, what they love about the south Costa Blanca region, and how to maximise the return on their investment property here.
Originally from Germany, the couple have owned property on the Orihuela Costa since 2010 and highlight the importance of choosing a reputable estate agent in order to find the right area, a suitable property, and to ensure that the notoriously complex Spanish bureaucracy is comprehensively completed.
