Jean and Garry find their perfect holiday home in La Florida
Our latest Costa Blanca property buyers chose the beautiful locale of La Florida, snapping up a super apartment in the popular urbanisation.
Jean and Garry came from the UK and visited our offices in La Zenia to collect the keys to their new property in Spain. Shelley and Marcel were on-hand to ensure they were entirely satisfied with the completion of their purchase.
With the legal formalities behind them, they will both be able to enjoy the fabulous summer weather with year-round sunshine that continues well into the winter here on the Orihuela Costa.
La Florida is rich in quality amenities, and with plenty of places to explore locally, we´re sure Jean and Garry will be looking forward to sampling some authentic Spanish delicacies on offer at the many local restaurants, bars, bistros, and upmarket eateries.
