Hailing from Munich, Germany, and offering a wealth of experience in the Spanish Real Estate market since 2003, Alexander Pichlmayr founded his own family company in 2009, at the time of the worst crisis here in Spain and has never looked back. Having ridden through the toughest of markets, he has strived and created a successful team of talented, handpicked individuals. Alexander speaks fluent Spanish, English and German and has been interviewed on TV programmes such as A Place in the Sun. His talent and vision is what keeps the company vibrant and at the forefront of Real Estate on the Costa Blanca.
With a career and learning in Business Studies, Denisse assists in all aspects of Spanish property completions and after sales service and ensures a fastidious and comprehensive estate agents service for clients from start to finish.
Shelley has been with our estate agents company since 2013 and ensures the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. A BA Graduate, she worked formerly as a Business Development Manager for a multi-national company in Europe and lived and worked in a number of countries worldwide and is used to handling clients requests from all nationalities in multiple languages. Outgoing, friendly and at times demanding, Shelley ensures that the job gets done (to hers and the clients' satisfaction!)
Marcel, originally from Augsburg, Germany, grew up in Spain and has thorough local knowledge of all facets of Spanish life. Dynamic and personable, and possessing a lifetime of local knowledge, he is able to assist in all aspects of choosing the right property in Spain. A native German speaker, Marcel also speaks fluent Spanish and English and assists clients of many nationalities.
From beautiful Salamanca in Spain, Mónica has worked in the fiscal sector for over 10 years and is our expert in all administrative matters, including conveyancing in Spain, wills, translations, notary assistance, Spanish tax declarations and after sales care. She keeps up to date on current administrative affairs and is the fount of all knowledge. A real problem solver, Mónica has the ability and know how to get things done. Having completed her studies in European Business in Ireland she is also a fluent English speaker.
Isabell, originally from Germany, moved to Spain at just 16. From a young age, she loved singing and performing, turning her passion into a career after graduating. With 4 years in the entertainment industry behind her, Isabell decided it was time for a fresh start, and since then, she has been the helping hand of our office. Friendly, outgoing and compassionate, Isabell is eager to find our customers their dream homes here in Spain. A native German speaker, Isabell also speaks fluent English.
Originally from London, Mike relocated permanently to the Costa Blanca with his family in 2012. With extensive knowledge of digital and social marketing and decades of experience in published print media, Mike has worked with some of the most prominent European names in the healthcare, commercial assurance, and automotive industries. His acquired technical expertise is essential for finding buyers throughout Europe, and property vendors here in Spain.
Charlotte has been an integral part of life in Spain since moving here when she was just 11 years old. Following school and further education, she worked in the legal property industry for 12 years and spent an additional 4 years serving clients in the Swedish market. A native German from Düsseldorf and a genuine people-person, Charlotte speaks fluent Spanish and German. She is an accomplished English and Swedish speaker too, and uses her skills to maintain our property portfolio and help our customers find their perfect home in Spain.
Originally a native of Hamburg, Filiz has lived in Spain since she was 4 years old. She has extensive experience in customer service having previously worked in the insurance industry, and Filiz speaks English, German, and Spanish. She is currently studying for an academic degree in International Relations at the University of Murcia, acquiring the personal and professional tools needed to negotiate complex economic and social challenges. The ideal skillset to assist our new home buyers.
Alina is our senior lawyer and head of our legal department. Originally from Spain but with a Belgian father, she studied for a Law Degree at the University of Alicante while alternating her studies working for prestigious law firms in the city of Alicante. Subsequently, Alina studied the Master of Law at the same university together with the Alicante Bar Association, where she finished her law studies with an average of Excellent. In 2020, she passed the State Examination of Access to the Bar in order to be able to practice as a lawyer. Alina is currently practising law as member number 1871 of the Bar Association of Orihuela.
Daniel, originally from Vienna in Austria, moved to the Costa Blanca with his family in 2022. With a background in photography and valuable experience in the European real estate sector, Daniel's forward-thinking approach to video production is a welcome addition to our dynamic team. Fluent in German, Polish, and English, Daniel enjoys flexing his creativity to maximise the sales potential of our client's properties.
Originally from the municipality of Lier in Belgium, Hanna moved to Spain in 2023. But she's no novice when it comes to the Spanish lifestyle, having spent two years working as an animator in the Canary Islands. A native Belgian, Hanna is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and Arabic. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying long walks on the beach with her daughter. Hanna is following her Spanish dream, and her goal going forward is to help our clients (both buyers and sellers) dreams' come true.
