Originally built by Torrevieja-based property developer Construcciones y Proyectos Torrevieja S.L., construction of the residential community began in earnest in 2023.
Founded in Torrevieja in 1981 and part of the Grupo de Inversiones GUEPEMA business group, the developer brought four decades of residential building experience to the Zenia Star project.
The company has earned an excellent reputation throughout the Vega Baja region for delivering quality residential developments that combine practical design with desirable locations.
The previously undeveloped plot of urban land measures just 4,300 m², and represented the last parcel of building land in the Calle Unamuno section of La Zenia.
