Stephen and Helene sell their property in Los Dolses
STEPHEN AND HELENE sold their quad villa in the sought-after Oporto residential complex in the heart of Los Dolses.
However, that doesn't mark the end of their Spanish adventure, as the couple have purchased another property in nearby Villamartin that better suits their needs.
Stephen and Helene found a well-presented penthouse apartment in the Blue Hill community, with the flexible living space that they were looking for.
Their new home comprises a cosy sitting room with a fireplace, a double bedroom, and a modern shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining area flow out onto a bright, glazed terrace, offering uninterrupted views across the surrounding neighbourhood.
The property makes the most of the available outdoor space with a generous private roof terrace. It's the perfect summer location for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying al fresco dining while taking in the far-reaching vistas of the greenery and distant coastline beyond.
