Janette buys in the golf paradise of Villamartin
JANETTE IS LUCKY enough to reside in Spain, having lived on the Costa Blanca for some time now.
Janette used to own a property here but sold it a while ago. Since then, she has lived in a rented apartment until another property that suited her needs came on the market.
With Marcel's assistance, Janette found a charming ground-floor bungalow apartment in the very popular "El Mirador del Mediterráneo" community in Villamartin - the perfect spot for her.
Her new home sports a modern open-plan living room and a fully fitted kitchen. Its south-facing orientation makes the most of the patio terrace and garden, which benefits from sunshine at all times of the year.
There's a community garden with a large pool, and Janette's new home has a host of local amenities immediately at hand, including the new Greenlands Sports Club mini golf course.
