OUR LATEST HOME buyers hail from the Belgian municipality of Beringen. With Hanna's assistance, Koen and Surkijn found a wonderful penthouse apartment in popular Los Altos.
Los Altos boasts a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, commercial centres, and parks.
The location is superb, offering easy access to the beaches of Orihuela Costa, excellent public transport services, and direct access to the nearest Mediterranean city of Torrevieja. It's no surprise that time after time, Los Altos is a favoured destination for property buyers.
Koen and Surkijn's property is packed with outside space (essential at this time of year), including a pretty terrace and a large roof terrace with a barbecue area.
It sports a great location too, just metres away from the communal swimming pool and only a few minutes walk to the local café-bars and restaurants
We were overjoyed to meet them both yesterday and Hanna took pleasure in handing over the keys to their new home on the Costa Blanca.
