Roy and Suzanne, home at last in the Costa Blanca Spain

ROY AND SUZANNE completed the purchase their detached villa just last week, after we arranged the complete buying process for them through our legal department with the help of Filiz.
It took nearly 9 months to register the inheritance from the previous owner in Germany and to ensure all the paperwork was in order for the transfer to take place.
We wish both Roy and Suzanne many happy years ahead in their new home in Spain.
