Ready to welcome guests this summer in Playa Flamenca
WE FIRST MET Jean Vera and Catalina last year. They purchased a beautiful apartment in Playa Flamenca in 2023 as an investment property.
Situated within one of the finest communities on the Orihuela Costa renowned for its exceptional finely manicured gardens, ornamental ponds, dedicated children's play area, tennis courts, and a simply beautiful free-form swimming pool.
It's a mecca for residents and tourists, and Jean Vera and Catalina planned to rent the property to local holidaymakers in Orihuela Costa to generate a passive income and a return on their initial investment.
But the procedure to obtain a tourist licence for rental properties here in Spain is notably bureaucratic and complex.
Nonetheless, Denisse managed the licence application process on the couple's behalf, and after several months, presented Jean Vera and Catalina with their licence so that they could rent out their apartment legally - just in time for summer too.
