Golfers in their thousands flock to Spain each year to enjoy the extended golf season, but how much does it cost to enjoy a round of golf in Costa Blanca?

Golf courses charge different prices for different seasons, typically charging more to play golf in the cooler spring, autumn, and winter months than in the summer.

High season in Spain usually occupies the lion's share of the annual calendar, from January to May and from September to December. Low-season prices are customarily available for June, July and August.

Here are the latest green fees and sports equipment hire prices for the 2024 season for all 18-hole championship golf courses in the South Costa Blanca and Orihuela Costa areas.

Las Colinas Golf and Country Club, San Miguel de Salinas

One of the more expensive options for golfers, but the club offers discounted high-season green fees for late tee-offs and last-minute bookings from just 63€ per player.

It is also one of the most challenging (and rewarding) courses in Spain with a total length of 6.376 metres and a Par of 71.

Las Ramblas Golf, Dehesa De Campoamor

Players can expect discounted high season prices for early-bird and late tee-offs, with prices from 50€. The golf club offers preferential rates for junior golfers and registered golf professionals.

Las Ramblas Golf is a Par 72 course with a playable length of 5.914 m. Annual club membership is available for 2.000 € per annum.

Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort, Villacosta

The club offers discounts for junior golfers, and for a second round of golf played on the same day. The neatly manicured fairways offer a total length of 6.277 m with a challenging Par 72 round.

Annual membership for Federated players costs 2.100 € per annum. Facilities include a restaurant and a hotel with a swimming pool.

Lo Romero Golf, Pilar de la Horadada

One of the latest additions to the Costa Blanca golf scene, Lo Romero offers a clubhouse, pro-golf shop, and Par 72 fairways that extend 6.237 m. At more than 6 kilometres in length, it is also one of the longest Spanish golf courses.

Players can expect discounted high season prices for late tee-offs with prices from as little as 70 €. The course offers discounts for junior golfers.

Villamartín Golf Club, Villamartín

Designed by Paul Putman, Villamartín golf course has a total length of 6.132 m and a challenging 72 Par. It is one of the most accessible courses, but its undulating terrain provides a challenge for all but the most seasoned golf pros.

The club offers good value in the local area, and discounts on the standard green fees are available for junior golfers.

La Finca Golf Resort, Algorfa

An exclusive sports resort with a 6.394 m Par 72 course located in the heart of the Costa Blanca. Discounted high-season prices for late tee-offs start from 75€. Preferential green fees are available for junior golfers.

Prices for inclusive weekend golf holidays start at 518€ for two people, including two nights hotel accommodation, buffet breakfast, and one round of golf per person.

Vistabella Golf, Entre Naranjos

High season discounted prices for late tee off from 70 €, and low season discounted prices from just 38,50 € per person. A couple can enjoy a game of golf in June 2024 for just 91 € including buggy hire when booked in advance.

Vistabella Golf has a challenging Par 72 and a total playable length of 6.193 m. Monthly passes cost 450 € per month with no green fee restrictions.

La Marquesa Golf, Rojales

One of the most established golf courses, La Marquesa Golf has a length of 6.115 metres, a par 72 course, and a surface area of 499.450 m2. The course offers a clubhouse, a wellness centre, six different restaurants, and four café bars.
