WE WERE PROUD TO celebrate a significant milestone last week - 20 years of successful real estate services in the Orihuela Costa.

To celebrate this remarkable achievement, we hosted a special Grand 20th Anniversary Party at our offices in the heart of La Zenia just last week, bringing together more than 50 friends, past customers, and notable figures from the local charities we're proud to support.

The event was a testament to our two decades of excellence in the Costa Blanca real estate industry, and an opportunity to express gratitude to the people who have supported us throughout our journey.

Celebrating 20 years of success in Orihuela Costa

The guest list was a mix of longstanding friends, loyal customers, and representatives from the Help at Home Costa Blanca and Little Pod Association charities.

Inmo Investments has a strong commitment to local engagement and giving back to our community, so it was important to include representatives from these charities, utilise the event to highlight the vital services they provide in Orihuela Costa, and raise much-needed funds for their respective causes.

The evening began with a warm welcome from the founders of Inmo Investments, Alexander and Denisse, expressing their gratitude to everyone present.

An afternoon of good food and great people

Denisse had organised plentiful party food, canapes, and sandwiches, replete with a diverse array of fine wines, beers, and refreshing soft drinks. 

One of the highlights of the evening was the awards ceremony, where Alexander took the opportunity to recognise and honour the hard work and dedication of the team that makes everything possible.

Awards were presented in various categories unique to our industry, acknowledging excellence in customer service, marketing innovation, and sales success.

Live music from talented performers in La Zenia

The ceremony underscored our collective commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.

Live music added a delightful touch to the celebration, with an outstanding vocal performance from our very own Administration Assistant (and talented singer), Isabell, performing her rendition of Amy Winehouse's blues rock classic, "Valerie".

Our good friend and client, David, took centre stage to entertain party attendees. The accomplished performer sang personalised covers of popular tracks accompanied by his acoustic guitar, including a performance of Glen Campbell's 70s hit "Rhinestone Cowboy".

Raffle for Help at Home and Little Pod Association

Their captivating performances earned rounds of applause and the choice of music reflected the varied tastes of partygoers, creating an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone present.

The centrepiece of the party was a Grand Charity Raffle to raise funds for two vital local charities.

Prizes included a personal skincare gift bag from Rituals Cosmetics, a luxury spa day and buffet at the Thalasia Hotel in San Pedro del Pinatar, and one week of car hire completely free of charge, courtesy of our friends at Tate House Holiday Rentals in San Miguel de Salinas.

The fabulous prizes included a first prize travel voucher from our good neighbours, Worldwide Horizons Travel Agency in La Zenia, worth a cool 200€.

The event served as a platform for expressing our gratitude, celebrating our achievements, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional service for many more years to come.

We will undoubtedly look back on our Grand 20th Anniversary Party as one of the most memorable events in our company's history, and we offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate with us.

Looking towards the future on the Costa Blanca

In particular, we would like to offer special thanks to the representatives of the charities who managed to find time to spend with us. Thanks to the generous contributions from our guests, we raised 250€ for Help at Home Costa Blanca and the Little Pod Association animal charity.

As we look forward to the next 20 years, this event serves to memorialise our continued dedication to serving both our customers, and the Orihuela Costa community.
