Meeting great people, Ed and Helen find their dream home in Spain
IT SEEMS THAT Playa Flamenca and Villamartin are certainly two of the hottest areas on the Orihuela Costa this year, with properties in both locales being snapped up by eager home buyers.
Our latest property buyers chose the former locale, finding a beautiful villa in the heart of Playa Flamenca benefiting from an equally generous amount of inside and outside space.
Ed and Helen hail from the United Kingdom. With Pablo´s assistance and comprehensive local knowledge, they decided that the Playa Flamenca community was a good fit for them.
The property offers the couple the best of both worlds, with spacious accommodation across two floors (enough for the largest of families), and with an outside space complemented by a private garden, balcony terrace, and a covered terrace that offers the ideal spot for year-round alfresco dining.
Just like many of our homes here on the Orihuela Costa, Ed and Helen´s home benefits from a large freeform community swimming pool - an essential ingredient of Spanish life for many people who decide to purchase a holiday home in our part of the Iberian peninsula.
We could go on about the high-quality amenities Ed and Helen can find on their doorstep (you can read about that here), but instead, we´ll simply suggest that with eleven beautiful Blue Flag accredited sandy beaches close at hand, they won´t be stuck for places to explore and enjoy.
