Selling in the sunshine, another property sold in Villamartin
THE SUN CAME OUT for our latest home buyers just yesterday, as Donna and Gary from the United Kingdom completed the purchase of their new property in Spain.
The jackets and coats we´re used to seeing of late have been exchanged for an informal attire more associated with the summertime, and it´s nice to see.
It´s a clear indication that whilst northern climes might still be feeling somewhat chilly, summer isn´t far away from the Orihuela Costa.
Donna and Gary secured a charming bungalow in the Pueblo Principe area of Las Filipinas, a tranquil and well-placed suburb of Villamartin.
The area has proved immensely popular during this early part of 2020, which comes as no surprise considering the locale is one of the most established residential communities on the south Costa Blanca.
Famed for its first-class golf course that´s been contributing to a rich scenic backdrop for the better part of the last half-century, Villamartin captivates buyers from Northern European countries, attracted by the close proximity to the Orihuela Costa´s fine sandy beaches and the abundance of quality leisure facilities.
This gives Donna and Gary some enviable choices when it comes to dining out, exploring the local area, or simply spending time enjoying their new holiday home - complete with private front garden and a spacious roof terrace.
