From Belgium to the Costa Blanca, looking forward to summer 2020
CLEARLY THERE IS something quite attractive about Playa Flamenca. After all, the majority of our most recent overseas property buyers have chosen the locale for their property purchase.
Late last year we wrote about Bjorn from Norway who purchased a villa in Playa Flamenca, and prior to Bjorn we reported that Sirpa and Matti from Finland had also purchased a property in the popular beachfront community.
And Playa Flamenca seems to attract people from all walks of life, no doubt attracted by the close proximity to so many beautiful beaches, the Mediterranean Sea, and the superb weather here.
Today, we welcome Sandy, Sandro and family to the Orihuela Costa. Hailing from Belgium, they bought a beautiful apartment in Playa Flamenca just minutes away from the beach.
They become the latest neighbours to join this vibrant Mediterranean community, and although the evenings might be a little on the chilly side right now (it is January after all), with the passing of the winter solstice summer is certainly on the way.
We´re sure they´re looking forward to a fabulous summer ahead, and on behalf of Jeremy and the Inmo Investments team, we would like to thank Sandy, Sandro and family for being such super customers and we hope you enjoy your new life in sunny Spain.
