Our latest overseas property buyer finds winter sun in Los Dolses
WE WERE DELIGHTED to meet with Kristina from Germany just yesterday. She purchased a beautiful new build apartment located on one of the finest Mediterranean resort-style communities on the Orihuela Costa.
The prestigious new development can be found in the sought after area of Los Dolses, a stone's throw from Playa Flamenca and Villamartin. With Marcel´s assistance, Kristina soon found her dream home in Spain, picking up the keys to her new apartment yesterday.
We might have come up a little short with the weather on the day, but with the new year soon upon us, it won´t be long until we´re ushering in the springtime.
And of course, with a median average of 320 days or pure sunshine each year, even the winter can bring some pleasantly rewarding days with plenty of sun and ambient, almost spring-like temperatures here in Spain.
