Our latest happy customers came from Belgium to complete the purchase of their new holiday home in Villamartin just yesterday.
With a little help from Mónica and Jeremy, Maximilien and Bénédicte found a beautiful home with a very unusual layout - a fantastic top-floor penthouse apartment with a private swimming pool! And did we mention the private off-road parking?
Located in the Las Filipinas area of Villamartin, this particular find was rather special. The bungalow-style apartment offered two bedrooms, an independent kitchen and dining room, and a spacious open-plan living space.
Of course, we have plenty of beautiful Spanish properties boasting such accoutrements, but very few homes of this type also possess a balcony, a rooftop terrace, and a spacious private garden with a swimming pool.
Villamartin is a popular location with our overseas property buyers. A little further inland, the enclave offers first-class local services with a wide variety of high-quality brasserie-style restaurants and prestigious café bars.
