The point at which La Zenia´s northernmost border joins with neighbouring Playa Flamenca provides a central area for both communities, with each locale enjoying easy access to the amenities of the other.
Properties in this area boast immediate access to Zenia Boulevard (with its huge variety of international shopping brands and popular restaurants), and an array of local cafés and bars. Yet the fine sandy beaches of the Orihuela Costa remain within easy walking distance.
