The south Costa Blanca is home to a number of championship golf courses, and the Orihuela Costa locality boasts no less than four fashionable golf courses.
Keen golfers can choose to play at Campo de Golf Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort, Campo de Golf Las Ramblas de Orihuela, or Las Colinas Golf and Country Club - the only local golf club to feature in Golf World´s Top 100 best golf courses.
These majestic golf courses are no more than 4 km´s (2.5 miles) apart, and surrounded on every side by stunning Mediterranean scenery, mountain and ocean views.
Property developers and local builders have been constructing high quality homes in this part of the Costa Blanca for decades, establishing small enclaves beside the golf courses themselves, such as Villamartin, Blue Lagoon, and El Galan.
