Last week we brought you 10 reasons why making the move to secure a home in Spain this year might be good for your bank balance. But for those unimpressed with numerical digits, and ruled more by their hearts than their heads, there are many other good reasons to buy a
property in Spain in 2016 aside from the financial benefits of doing so. Here´s just 10 of them:

Widely regarded as offering the best year-round climate in Europe, the southern Costa Blanca offers up to 320 days of sunshine a year with a low registered rainfall. Its unique dry micro-climate and warm winters is one of the many reasons discerning northern Europeans find this region so desirable.
